No insurance or out of network? No problem!

We want to be able to provide affordable and accessible care to everyone. Insurance can be expensive and deductibles can be very costly, as well. Therefore,  we have come up with a membership option.

For a simple monthly fee, the patient gets:

​

• Unlimited monthly visits

• Access to Telehealth

• Discounts on labs and services

• Same day next day priority

Pricing (One time Reg fee per patient of $75)

​

• $99 a month for individual

• $189 for a couple

• $279 for a family of 3

• $299 for a family of 4

• Each additional is $50 per month
